Nutty Seed Bread from My New Root
I know, the title won you over -- who doesn't want some nutty seed bread? My first attempt at GF bread...I like to share both failed and successful dishes. This I am sorry to report was a failure
for me. It
was more like a seed brick that crumbled upon contact...I will admit
that it was a tasty seed loaf...however, I would not go so far as to
call it "bread". I attribute this result to my lack of experience in the
bread making department and my omission of the psyllium seed husks,
which are supposed to act as a binder. Better luck next time!
