A chewy and slightly crunchy crust with a decadent avocado chocolate mouse filling. I added my own touch by decorating it with chopped walnuts, chocolate chips, and shredded coconut. YUM! Into the freezer she goes!
...2 hours later! And there is the finished product. The pan I used was a little too big, so the crust was a little thinner than I would have liked. Semi-successful first attempt!
